Acadia Community Tennis (ACT)
Acadia Community Tennis (“ACT”) is a tax exempt, 501(c)(3) charitable organization that was formed to make tennis accessible to people who cannot afford tennis. Each week, ACT puts on a one-hour, free clinic for elementary and middle-school children. In addition, ACT is available to provide tennis for after-school programs and health-related programs. ACT provides scholarships to young people who have demonstrated an aptitude for tennis but lack the funds to pursue it. Please contact Karen Robidoux and BobTom Flynn for further information.
Play Center Membership Rates
For non-members:
$44 per month for a child
$17 per month for each additional sibling
For members:
$22 per month for a child
$5 per month for each additional sibling
Acadia Village Pool or Colonial Inn Pool: free
Fitness and Pool/Hot Tub
ETC provides for the use of the pool and hot tub at Acadia Village, located behind ETC, or the Colonial Inn pool, located on Route 3 in Ellsworth. The Fitness Center is also available at a day rate. The day rate includes use of both.
Members: Free as part of your membership
Non-members: $15/day
